Summary
The Senior Account Manager’s primary
responsibility is capturing market share. Whether from new customers or by
selling new solutions within existing accounts. The primary focus should be on
solution selling. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for promoting all
solutions offered by AEBS to new customers as well as existing and secondary
prospects.

Other responsibilities include the expansion and
maintenance of new and existing customer accounts, development and implementation
of sales strategies, presenting new concepts, solutions and products, and
ensuring excellent support and service. Must
have experience in consultative, solution selling approach, and managing a
complex sales cycle and selling to multiple levels within large organizations. Representative must excel at relationship-management,
qualifying opportunities, obtaining customer commitments, negotiating and
closing business. Strong local contact
relationships and a professional network are desired.

Develop
and maintain a sales plan outlining target customers and specific activities
and initiatives that will be utilized to grow AE Business Solutions revenues
·
Initiate
business development and prospecting activities to create and maintain pipeline
in support of assigned revenue quota
·
Develop
deep understanding of AEBS core competencies and offerings
·
Demonstrate
superior facilitation and leadership capabilities in sales engagements
·
Attend
industry networking functions, forums, tradeshows, and events as required
·
Completion
of prescribed manufactured training and certifications as required
·
Support
marketing and business development initiatives
Required Skillset
·
Ability
to learn and understand vendor products, programs, deal registrations, promotions
and pricing lists and strategies
·
Good
time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
·
Excellent
written and oral communication skills with the ability to address customer,
AEBS staff and vendor requests in a timely manner
·
Ability
to represent AEBS offerings professionally to prospects, customers, AE staff,
manufacturers and distributors.
·
Minimum
of (5) years’ experience selling IT solutions
·
Ability
to learn and understand vendor products, programs, deal registrations,
promotions and pricing lists
