Infrastructure
The Managed Operations Center was designed with superior internet connectivity and system redundancy. We provide one of the fastest and most direct Internet connections in the area -- direct connections to Sprint's Chicago POP (Point of Presence) and AT&T's Madison POP, including direct peering at UW-Madison. The facility contains a redundant 100KW natural gas generator in conjunction with a 70KVA Enterprise UPS system, precision controlled air conditioning system, waterless fire suppression system and redundant firewalls and switches .
Security
AE Business Solutions realizes the importance of keeping your network secure. We have implemented a number of safeguards such as video surveillance, keycard access, break glass detectors, motion detection, biometric scanners and network intrusion detection, all with automatic alerts to our on-call staff.
